If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

Email support@thethaihong.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple next steps.

Conditions

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened products may qualify for a refund without needing to be returned, just contact us.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it's processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement right away.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@thethaihong.com and we'll sort it out.
