We ship The Thai Herbs worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs or busy periods.

Shipping costs

A small flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over €35 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email us at support@thethaihong.com.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
